About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated ERP Implementation Consultant to join our vibrant team in Nairobi. You will play a key role in implementing ERP solutions for our clients, ensuring their operational challenges are transformed into streamlined processes through technology. This position offers the opportunity to grow into Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations while leveraging Odoo expertise.

Responsibilities

• Project Implementation:
  • Conduct client requirement analysis and gather business processes.
  • Implement Odoo ERP by setting up modules, migrating data, and customizing workflows.
  • Train users and support them during the go-live phase.
• Technical Support:
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
• Client Engagement:
  • Conduct ERP demonstrations and workshops for potential clients.
  • Develop documentation and ensure client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• A university degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a business software environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A client-first mindset and ability to work independently.
